i love to sleep!
too much i think.
i do not know what benefit i get out of it but seemingly my hit-snooze-dooze-off-repeat mode seemed to be getting worse with age. my 5-more-minute monologue to my parents now has graduated to hearing the showers/sink water on and weather channel buzz before any physical movement can even be expected. i can even creatively continue to dream while i tell hubby labs i still need to “defrost” before jumping in to take a shower. what started as 1 cell phone alarm now is 3 cell phone plus 2 alarm clocks with 10 minute intervals to wake me up, an effort that just often results to a morning orchestra that nobody at 5:30 in the morning would really care to hear. then goes on my coordinated snooze-slapping-movements and still asleep!
